Bottling

When planning filling machines we follow customer requirements.

Filling systems:

We offer complete filling systems for beer, wine, sparkling wine, juices, soft drinks, mineral water and other drinks with or without CO². Bottles made of glass, PET or a combination of both can be filled, as well as cans.
The fillers are designed for both hot and cold filling. All parts are made of stainless steel, combined with hygienic plastic parts. The dispensing valves can be activated electro-pneumatically or mechanically.
The filling tables are microbiologically designed (roof table). The system's format-dependent parts are designed so that it can quickly be changed from one type of bottle to another. The glass shields are made of toughened glass. The system can be easily and reliably operated via a touch-screen display with on-screen menus. There is a modern modem connection for remote maintenance. All parts of the system, including the conveyor belts and feed tables are assembled in the sequence of their operation when in production so as to test their functionality. On request, the customer can participate in this test run.
