Capping

The automatic Arcor capping machine uses a rotating design with several capping heads for sealing with the following types of cap:

Crown caps
Aluminium threaded caps
Plastic threaded caps
Plastic push-fit caps

 



The machine is made to be robust and durable. The frame is made as a self-supporting welded design, in completely rust-free materials on adjustable height legs.
 
The machine frame includes: the main drive, drive components for the capping mechanism, worm drive, input and output star wheels as well as a turntable for the capping part with storage.
 
The capping mechanism, cap sorting mechanism, as well as the intake and transfer of corks to the capping heads are on the turntable or on the bearing plate.
The machine and the capping heads can be washed down with hot water. The drive selector motor is supplied by an FRM, which ensures that the machine operates smoothly.
The main electrical cabinet is installed within the machine housing, and the control desk (with a control voltage of 24 VDC) attached to the system's safety grille.
The lubrication of the machine is controlled by centrally fitted lubrication points, marked by location and intervals.
